Ymateb gan Unigolyn | Evidence from Individual

What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

Firstly this question should use the correct terminology of sex, not gender! Human sex is binary, females are discriminated against on the basis of their sex, if you wish to level up the situation for females then it must be FEMALES who are given the positions! Allowing males who 'identify' as trans women are NOT female, ergo those positions are still occupied by males at the expense of females! This not only totally undermines the whole point of what you're trying to achieve but is a slap in the face to females who could've taken those positions. Do you not see the lunacy of saying we want more women in these positions but we'll also allow males who say their women to have them too! How utterly disrespectful and misogynistic! Humans cannot change their sex, they can say they're whatever they want but it doesn't change reality! It is gaslighting, lying and unscrupulous to say a male who says he's a women is the same as or is an actual woman, when this simply is not true! You cannot base a governing body on lies! Stop the lying and start actually supporting females!

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

So you're asking people (CROs) to blatantly lie about the reality they see with their own eyes? And you think this is appropriate for a governing body to support? Again people can say they're whatever they want but it doesn't make it so, humans cannot change their sex and by accepting males into this you are lying and further disadvantaging females!

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

Is this question a joke? The consequence of this Bill is fully visible and being wholly ignored! Females are DIRECTLY disadvantaged and discriminated against by the Bill allowing males to say they're women!

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

You have deliberately ignored your own legal advisors to steam roller this misogynistic Bill through!

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

Hahahahaha! This Bill directly discriminates against females whilst hiding in a Trojan horse of 'inclusivity'!

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

See alllllllll my other replies!

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

It's misogynistic, sexist, not fit for purpose and would actually achieve the opposite of what it's intended to!

Anything else?
